Professional Development Meetings

Professional Development Meetings are normally held 5pm-8pm each month from September – June. We strive to keep events central within the area, choose interesting tours and speakers, and select from the finer area restaurants.

May 2022 Professional Development Meeting

Topic:

Is Your Supply Chain More Like a Ship or a Boat?

with Anthony Zampello

During this presentation we will be discussing the way a supply chain is designed and how best to strengthen it. A supply chain extends from earth to earth, but we'll concentrate on your suppliers' suppliers to your suppliers to your company to your customers and their customers.

  • Is your lead time to your customers longer than they would like it to be? Is it hindering you as a competitor in your market?
  • Does a hiccup at your supplier shut down your conversion process?
  • Is your inventory higher than you can really afford?
  •

This presentation will hit on these questions and more.

Join us and help us all get better by participating in the discussion.
