Is Your Supply Chain More Like a Ship or a Boat?
with Anthony Zampello
During this presentation we will be discussing the way a supply chain is designed and how best to strengthen it. A supply chain extends from earth to earth, but we'll concentrate on your suppliers' suppliers to your suppliers to your company to your customers and their customers.
Is your lead time to your customers longer than they would like it to be? Is it hindering you as a competitor in your market?
Does a hiccup at your supplier shut down your conversion process?
Is your inventory higher than you can really afford?
This presentation will hit on these questions and more.
Join us and help us all get better by participating in the discussion.
